In close cooperation with our client and hotrunner supplier Tools & Dies developed, constructed and built the mould for the new Toyota CH-R mainframe fusebox.

The 2K parts are being molded in glasfilled PP combined with a soft TPE sealing. Both PP as well as the TPE material are being injected with a hotrunner system with valve gate.

These optical parts are being applied in high-end public ligthing equipment. Parts are being molded in PC. Surface finishing of the optical areas according SPI-A1 standard.

Various multiple cavity moulds were developed and made for different versions of this greenery root system. The parts are being molded in a special degradable bioplastic.

For this condensation tray molded in PPO 30%GF several moldflow analysis were done to determine the optimal way of injection and cooling.

This connector unit is molded in glassfilles PBT where 4 metal inserts are being overmolded.

Within 6 weeks Tools & Dies developed and made both the die for the aluminium heatsink as well as the mould for overmolding the heatsink.
