In close cooperation with our client and hotrunner supplier Tools & Dies developed, constructed and built the mould for the new Toyota CH-R mainframe fusebox.
Parts are being molded in talc filled PP; injection is done with a 5-tip hotrunner system. For optimal filling and cooling several moldflow studies were done prior to the tool construction which resulted in a perfectly balanced mould.
